What information do I need to provide Weber with for a quote?
A blueprint or a sketch with dimensions, colors and materials. We can also quote from a sample.

How do I choose the right adhesive?
Our experienced staff can help you choose the right adhesive for each and every application.

What is your lead-time?
Standard lead-time for all products except membrane switches and custom sensors is 15 business days for new orders, and 10 for repeat orders.  Standard lead-time for   new membrane switch or custom sensor orders is 20 business days, and 18 for repeat orders.

Can I get my product any sooner than the standard leadtime?
Yes, expedites are available.

How should artwork be provided to Weber?
Weber has a list of accepted file formats and electronic files- See our Format Files section of our web site.

Does Weber provide UL recognized and CSA accepted products?
Yes! Weber is UL/CSA approved on a wide variety of constructions.

What are your payment terms?
Credit cards are accepted, otherwise orders will be shipped C.O.D. unless           net 30 credit terms have been approved by Weber.
